Velocity of block at time t is given by v = v 0 - μ μ gt, where v 0 is initial velocity and μ μ is the coefficient of friction. Thus v – t graph is a straight line having negative slope and a positive intercept on v axis. S – t curve will be having a decreasing slope till it reduces to zero because velocity of block decreases continuously and remains positive till the block comes to rest position.
